Aimee joined Proactive in 2022 with a mission to continue to drive growth and innovation within Proactive. Aimee is a global IT sales leader with 24 years of experience in strategic process improvement and leading teams all throughout the US, Asia, and UK. Her experience spans across different industries and business sectors.  Aimee promotes a true team collaborative culture that focuses on delivering guidance and excellence to our clients. She strives to create client partnerships where value is recognized allowing for the creation of a strong foundation. She is a graduate of Penn State University.

Andy founded Proactive back in 1993 and is an accomplished IT executive with over 35+ years of experience. Presently he is leading our consulting teams while solving the challenges and needs of our clients. Andy’s experience with infrastructure and application development is critical in building strategic relationships and unique solutions for our clients. Andy is a graduate of Drexel University.

Paul joined Proactive in 1997 and has been leading and delivering projects for our clients across many industries. Specializes in application development and software architecture design & development. Excels in building customer relationships and fostering collaboration amongst his teams. Paul is a graduate of Shippensburg University.

Andy came to Proactive in 2003 as a senior consultant with a focus on managing our Infrastructure, Managed Services and Security Practices engagements. Over 35 years’ experience as an information technology professional, he is a strategic thinker able to solve business issues through cost effective use of information technology. Understands new technologies quickly and is effective in guiding our clients with innovation. Andy is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania.

Naylesh joined Proactive in 2015 and is responsible for our Project Management team. He focuses on finance, planning and execution of operations needed to effectively guide our teams through successful engagements.  Naylesh is also responsible for managing some of our strategic partnerships.  He has a degree from NJIT.
